1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Smart Stop Bodyshop's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Smart Stop Bodyshop provides professional vehicle body repair, collision repair, paintless dent removal, alloy wheel refurbishment, and related automotive services. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for the period stated and are subject to change based on:

• Final inspection of the vehicle
• Discovery of additional damage during repair
• Changes to the scope of work requested by the customer

Free estimates are provided in good faith but may be subject to adjustment upon detailed inspection.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, card payments, and payment plans through Klarna/Clearpay
• For insurance work, payment terms may vary and will be agreed upon before work commences
• A deposit may be required for larger jobs

5. Workmanship and Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship and materials used in repairs. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion, subject to normal wear and tear and proper vehicle maintenance.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or failure to maintain the vehicle properly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the vehicle and damage
• Ensuring the vehicle is accessible for inspection and repair
• Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
• Arranging insurance claims if applicable
• Collecting the vehicle within a reasonable time after completion

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in handling your vehicle, Smart Stop Bodyshop's liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not identified during initial inspection
• Mechanical failures unrelated to our bodywork services
• Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
• Consequential or indirect losses

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel a booking, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation fees may apply if work has already commenced or materials have been ordered.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the nature of work completed and materials used.

9. Insurance Work

For insurance claims, we will work directly with your insurance company where possible. Final approval and payment arrangements are between you and your insurer. We are not responsible for insurance claim decisions.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission

11. Intellectual Property
